Why Victron and not another brand?

The practical reason is that the entire ecosystem communicates with one another. The inverter, the solar controller, the booster, the charger and the battery monitor share information, are configured via a mobile phone using Bluetooth, and function as a single system rather than as five separate devices. When something goes wrong, you know exactly what the fault is. Added to that is what becomes apparent after ten years: detailed, publicly available documentation for every product, firmware that continues to be updated even on older equipment, readily available spare parts and a huge community of installers. A MultiPlus purchased a decade ago is still supported today.

Which product ranges do we stock?

Inverters and chargers: the Phoenix range for pure conversion and the MultiPlus and Quattro as inverter-chargers, from 500 VA to 20,000 VA at 12, 24 and 48 V, with the option of parallel and three-phase configurations. SmartSolar MPPT regulators: ranging from the 75/15 model for a small camper van up to models with a 250 V input for grid-connected panels connected in series. Lithium batteries: SuperPack, Smart and the NG series with integrated BMS, in 12, 24 and 48 volts. DC-DC converters: Orion XS and Orion-Tr Smart, essential for charging lithium batteries from the alternator. Monitoring: Cerbo GX, GX Touch displays, SmartShunt and BMV, for viewing and controlling the installation both locally and remotely. And all the necessary ancillary equipment: communication cables, fuses, busbars and Lynx systems.
