Tile structures

The structures for tile roofs allow solar panels to be installed on sloping roofs of ceramic tile, concrete or slate without the need to perforate the existing waterproofing membrane. The coplanar systems are integrated directly between the tiles by means of hooks or clips that are anchored to the roofing battens, maintaining the original watertightness and minimising the visual impact on the roof.

It is the most widely used mounting solution in single-family houses with pitched roofs in Spain - most domestic self-consumption installations are mounted on ceramic or concrete tiles.

At FVComponentes.com we have coplanar structures for roof tiles of Sunfer y Novotegra:

Sunfer coplanar screw-on clip (1 to 6 modules): direct fixing system on ceramic or concrete tiles by means of a clip screwed to the battens. Low profile that integrates aesthetically with the roof. Complete kits for 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5 and 6 vertical modules. No need to drill holes in the tile - the fastening hook is placed under the adjacent tile. Corrosion-resistant anodised aluminium.
Novotegra tile roof (1 to 6 modules): certified system for standard silver-coloured aluminium frames. Complete kits from 1 to 6 modules with all profiles, hooks and screws included. Complies with the wind and snow load resistance requirements of the Technical Building Code (CTE).

Both systems are compatible with standard panels of 60, 72 and 144 cells. Are you unsure about which system is best suited to your type of tile or roof? Our technical equipment guides you.
