Internet connection at the installation site via internet router with network cable to the CERBO or to the GX inverter, if you do not have one, we suggest buying a 4G router to insert a telephone SIM card. Shared mobile phone connection is not valid.

If you have a MK3 cable we can make a remote connection to a laptop that you have connected to the cable and the inverter. To do this, you need to download the remote assistance program Supreme Remote and make it easier for us to ID and PASSWORD that will appear when you start the program.
