BatteryProtect is a key device to preserve the life of your battery. Here we highlight its key features:

1. Intelligent Load Disconnection: BatteryProtect automatically disconnects non-essential loads before the battery is fully discharged, preventing critical damage or difficulties when starting the engine.
2. Simple configuration: The BatteryProtect is easily adjusted to connect/disconnect at different voltages.
3. Special Mode for Li-Ion Batteries: In this special mode, BatteryProtect integrates with the VE.Bus BMS, providing advanced control. See the manual for details on connection, including as a charging switch between the charger and a lithium-ion battery.
4. Energy Efficiency with Minimum Consumption: This factor is crucial for Li-Ion batteries, especially after low voltage disconnections. Please refer to our Li-Ion battery datasheet and the VE.Bus BMS manual for detailed information.
5. Overvoltage protection: BatteryProtect disconnects the load when the DC voltage exceeds 16V or 32V, preventing damage to sensitive devices.
6. Safety without Sparks: With MOSFET switches instead of relays, BatteryProtect guarantees safe operation without sparks that can cause problems.
7. Delayed Alarm Output: The alarm output is activated if the battery voltage drops below the preset cut-off threshold for more than 12 seconds. This prevents unnecessary alarms when starting the engine. The alarm output is safe and versatile, ideal for acoustic signals, LEDs or relays.
8. Intelligent Load Disconnection and Reconnection: BatteryProtect disconnects the load 90 seconds after the alarm is triggered, but automatically reconnects if the voltage rises back to the preset threshold within 30 seconds, avoiding unnecessary interruptions when starting the engine.
