The RS SmartSolar MPPT solar charge controllers are Victron’s solution for systems with large PV arrays connected in series that charge 48 V DC battery banks. This product is ideal for large battery systems, whether off-grid or grid-connected.
There is a 5.76 kW model and an 11.52 kW model. Both feature a solar voltage input operating between 65 and 450 V DC, independent tracking inputs, full connectivity, isolated PV connections, a display, fully programmable battery charging parameters and active cooling. The new metal casing design and fully enclosed electrical connections improve safety and bring the appearance up to date in line with Victron’s latest product range.
