Fronius error 475 how to solve

Fronius error 475 corresponds to an insulation fault or "Insulation Error". This occurs when we have any of the following causes, we must check the following;

Defective earthing cable: the grounding of the inverter is missing or the cable is broken. Check the voltage between neutral and ground and between phase and ground. Also check that the voltage between neutral and ground is as close to 0V as possible. Voltage up to 5V can be considered acceptable.

Wrong country setting in the configuration: You must reconfigure the Fronius inverter and check that you have selected the correct country.

Positive cable or Negative cable to ground: You should check that no wires are damaged and touching the structure of the solar panels, or in contact with the earth wire. Sometimes the problem is in a plate of the structure touching the back of the panel, causing a shunt to ground in the DC circuit.
