FVComponentes.com is an online shop specialising in photovoltaic components and energy storage systems, with a special focus on the brands Victron Energy and Pytes. It is the legal responsibility of ICIDE Energía, S.L. (hereinafter, “FVComponentes.com”). By accepting, the User declares that he/she has read, understands and understands what is stated here and that he/she assumes all his/her obligations. If the User does not agree with the contents of this document must leave this website, not being able to access or use the services it offers. Likewise, the User expressly accepts, without exception, that access to and use of this website, its services and the contents of said services takes place under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility.
These Conditions shall be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, it being the User's responsibility to read them when making a purchase or contract. The conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract shall be those applicable to you.
Applicable regulations
This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish law and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), in its current wording.
The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party and the language for its conclusion is English. The present general conditions can be stored and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to the payment of the order.
User Account and Error Correction
To make purchases in this shop you can register by creating a “User Account” or complete the process as a guest without prior registration. If you register, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed successfully and a reminder of your login details.
From your registered account you will be able to make purchases, check your order history, change your password, modify your personal details, change your delivery and billing addresses, and other transactions related to your purchases.
You can access your account at any time to check and correct your personal information and addresses. Shipping and billing addresses may also be corrected or updated during the checkout process.
As a registered User, you may unsubscribe at any time by sending an email from the address you wish to unsubscribe to [email protected], which will entail the cancellation of your personal data. The creation and cancellation of a user account shall be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
Purchasing Process
Buying at FV Componentes is easy. Just follow the steps below:
1º. Select the products you wish to purchase. By clicking on each product you can access its detailed description, characteristics and price. If you need more information, do not hesitate to contact us. Note: Products may vary slightly in colour or texture from the photographs shown on the website, due to factors such as monitor resolution. We will do our best to make the images as true to life as possible.
2º. Click the “Add to cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart. You can continue adding products or proceed directly to checkout.
3º. At the end of the selection process, a summary of the selected items will appear. Click the “Place order” button to continue.
4º. Enter your contact details and shipping address. You can complete the process as a guest or register to save your details and speed up future purchases.
5º. Accept these Conditions of Sale and choose the means of payment from those available.
6º. Once you have completed the purchase process, you will receive an email with the order details and the invoice in digital format. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you detect any error in the data, please contact us:

Payment Methods
FV Componentes offers the following payment methods:

Bank transfer

Once the order has been completed, the details required for the transfer will appear on the screen. We will also send you an email with the amount, the concept and the account number. It is important that you indicate as a concept the reference of your order to expedite billing and shipping.
Transfers can take up to 48 hours to become effective. Once payment has been confirmed, we will proceed with invoicing, packaging and shipping. If you wish to speed up the process, you can send us the receipt to [email protected].
Credit or debit card
Payment is made through Bankinter's secure payment gateway. FV Componentes never collects or manipulates customer card details. All data is processed directly by Bankinter, guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality in the transaction.
PayPal
All data is handled directly by PayPal. FVComponentes.com never collects or manipulates customer bank details.
Financing with Cetelem
FVComponentes.com offers the option of financing your purchase through the bank Cetelem. This offer is subject to the prior authorisation of Banco Cetelem S.A.U. after studying the documentation provided and signing the contract.

Shipping rates
The rates apply depending on the destination and type of product. The amounts indicated as “VAT included” correspond to sales to consumers in Spain; those indicated as “without VAT” correspond to sales to the Canary Islands or to the EU under the applicable tax regime.

Special rates - Victron Batteries and Panels
Victron batteries and solar panels are subject to a fixed shipping fee, independent of the weight and amount of the order. This fee never bonus with free shipping even if the order exceeds the relevant threshold, due to the specific logistical requirements for these products. Batteries are classified as hazardous material (ADR) and require authorised transport operators.
Delivery of Victron batteries and panels is not available for the Canary Islands.
Mixed order
A mixed order is considered when the shopping cart includes both standard products and products from special categories (batteries or Victron panels). In this case, the mixed order rate indicated for each zone is applied, which will never be discounted with free shipping.
Canary Islands - SAD management
The price of 39.95 € includes the management of the DUA (Single Customs Document) by FV Componentes. The recipient must pay the corresponding taxes at destination, such as IGIC and other applicable taxes. FV Componentes is not responsible for these additional costs at destination.
Collection at our premises
We offer the possibility of collection at our facilities in Cartagena (Murcia) for transport by the customer's own means, without shipping costs. In this case, the sale is made with the taxes corresponding to a sale on the Peninsula, regardless of the final destination of the goods.
Delivery time preferences
The transport company usually delivers during business hours. If you have any timetable preference, you can indicate it in the order commentary. As this is an external service, this request cannot always be guaranteed.
Delivery deadlines
The usual delivery time, when the product is available from our warehouse, is 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation more 3 to 4 working days transit time by the transport agency.
Our catalogue includes references on request. In these cases, the delivery time may be extended. 1 to 3 additional weeks depending on the availability of the manufacturer or its distributor. At all times our sales team will ensure that delivery is as fast as possible and will inform the customer of any significant delays.
The delivery times indicated by the transport agencies are estimates and do not represent a contractual commitment to deliver on a fixed date. In the event of non-compliance with deadlines, the customer must provide us with an appropriate additional period of time. If we are also unable to deliver within this additional period, or if the delivery period is essential under the circumstances of the contract, the customer may terminate the contract immediately and the sums paid shall be refunded in full.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, accidents or other extraordinary circumstances.
Liability for incorrect address
The customer is responsible for verifying that the delivery details entered are correct. During the purchase process the system requests confirmation of the address on several screens, and the customer additionally receives a confirmation email with all the order data. FV Componentes is not responsible for address errors entered by the customer.
In the event that the shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete or non-existent address attributable to the customer, the additional costs incurred - including carrier handling, forwarding or redelivery - shall be borne entirely by the customer.
If the goods cannot be delivered for this reason, FV Componentes will take the necessary steps to recover them. The customer will be reimbursed within the legally established period, once the customer's responsibility for the error has been accredited and the goods received in perfect condition at our facilities have been verified. The management and transport costs generated by the customer's error will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Prices, Taxes, Fees and Duties
Prices are expressed in Euros. Product prices may vary, but any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent.
The final price may vary according to the taxes applicable in each case, depending on the delivery address and the buyer's profile (private or professional):
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: The RRP includes VAT in all cases.
- Other EU countries - individuals: The retail price includes VAT in the country of destination under the OSS scheme.
- Other EU countries - companies or professionals: The RRP does not include VAT provided that the buyer is registered in the Register of Intra-Community Operators (ROI) and provides a valid tax identification number. Otherwise, the corresponding VAT will be applied.
- Canary Islands: Operation not subject to Spanish VAT. Local taxes may apply at destination (IGIC).
Deregistration and Cancellation of Accounts
User accounts are not deleted for lack of use. The User can unsubscribe by requesting it through their account profile or by sending an email to [email protected].
In the event of non-payment of an order, the order may be temporarily suspended until the situation has been resolved. If more than 15 days elapse without regularisation, FV Componentes may proceed to cancel the order.
FV Componentes reserves the right to block or delete the User's account if it is used in an illegal manner or in breach of the obligations set out herein. Blocking or deletion of the account will have no effect on the obligation to pay for the products purchased.
Returns
At FV Componentes we want you to be satisfied with every order. To return an item, please follow the procedures below.
Mandatory packaging standards
The products must be returned in their original packaging, protected in a rigid cardboard box that avoids knocks or dents. If the original packaging of the product is damaged during the return transport, even slightly, the return will not be accepted.
The following shall not be admitted returns in plastic bags, wrapping paper, or any wrapping that does not mechanically protect the original packaging. Returns received in these conditions will be automatically refused.
When FV Componentes manages the collection, we strongly recommend to provide photographs of the prepared package clearly showing the packaging, the general condition of the box, the labels and the external sealing. This documentation is essential to process any subsequent claim to the transport company in the event of loss, breakage or damage. Without these photographs, FV Componentes may not be able to make a claim to the carrier, which could prejudice the resolution of the incident in favour of the customer.
1. Wrong, defective or damaged product in transit
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Before opening it, please check that the packaging matches the one you ordered.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will respond in accordance with the provisions of the section on Guarantees.
Damage during transport: If the product has been damaged during transport, please notify us of the incident in writing at [email protected] and, as a prerequisite, note the damage on the carrier's paper delivery note and send us a photo or scanned copy of the delivery note. Without this annotation it is not possible to process any claim for transport damage.
Responsibility of the client at the reception: Upon receipt of the order, the customer is responsible for checking the external condition of the packaging before signing the delivery note. If the package shows any signs of deterioration, damage or tampering, this must be expressly noted on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier and communicated to [email protected], attaching photographs of the packaging and the product.
For the purposes of the claim against the transport company, it is essential that the damage is noted on the delivery note and that FV Componentes receives the notification. within 24 hours from receipt. This period does not limit the customer's right to complain to FV Componentes in accordance with current consumer regulations, but it does condition the possibility of FV Componentes to pass this complaint on to the carrier. After 24 hours, FV Componentes will not be able to make a claim to the carrier on behalf of the customer, which could make it difficult to resolve the incident.
In the case of batteries or solar panels damaged during transport in a shipment made by FV Componentes, we will fully assume the costs of collection and reshipment of the material, provided that the damage has been noted on the delivery note and communicated with the corresponding photographic documentation within the established period.
2. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the LGDCU, and as long as you are a buyer for private use, you have the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which you may return the product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt, with no need for justification. You must notify us of your decision at [email protected] and wait for a reply with instructions on how to correctly identify your return.
To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition, retain the original packaging and all its parts. Otherwise, FV Componentes reserves the right to refuse the return or to pay a lower amount, which will be notified to you.
The refund of the purchase price will be made once the condition of the goods has been checked, through the same means of payment used for the purchase, and in any case within 14 calendar days of the reliable receipt of the cancellation request.
Return costs:
The return costs derived from the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the purchaser. FV Componentes offers the possibility of arranging collection (only in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) at the following rates:

Each journey is invoiced separately (pick-up at the customer's home or return to the customer's home).
For Victron batteries and solar panels, due to their special transport nature, the return cost per way will be equal to the original shipping rate applied plus a 10 % additional handling fee.
If upon receipt the item shows damage, marks of use or the packaging is not in perfect condition, the customer will be notified as a reason for rejection and will be offered the return of the item with the same costs indicated.
Special products 110V-120V:
Units with 110V-120V output voltage are supplied on request. A surcharge of 35 € (VAT included) is associated with any cancellation in the event of additional distribution formalities. The customer declares to be aware of this circumstance and accepts it.

Guarantees
Victron Energy offers 5 years standard warranty, with the exception of its batteries: 2 years for lead-acid batteries and 3 years for lithium batteries. For lithium batteries, it is mandatory that the system is fitted with a Victron BMS in order for the warranty to be exercised.
For all other products, except those which by their nature are excluded from the warranty regulations for consumer goods, and provided that the purchaser makes a particular use, all our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects during 3 years from the date of purchase (or date of delivery, if later), or one year if the item is not new.
We shall be liable for any lack of conformity which the purchaser informs us of within two months of becoming aware of it.
If the defect arises within the first 2 years of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase, unless we can prove otherwise. After 2 years, this presumption does not exist.
In the event of a defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract. These steps will be completely free of charge for the purchaser (including transport costs) if the item presents a problem covered by the manufacturer's warranty after inspection by the official service.
Overhaul without defect or problem not covered by warranty
If, after inspection by the official service, it is determined that the equipment is not faulty or that the fault is due to factors external to the product, the customer shall be responsible for the transport costs (pick-up + return) and the manufacturer's inspection fee.
The applicable tariffs are as follows:
Value of equipment less than 300 € (VAT included)
- Return transport costs: 22,00 € (VAT included)
- Manufacturer's fee for overhaul: 20,00 € (VAT included)
- Total: 42,00 € (VAT included)
On a voluntary basis, the customer may pay a deposit of €42.00 at the time of shipment, which will be returned in full if it is finally confirmed that the equipment has a defect covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Value of equipment between 300 € and 1.000 € (VAT included)
- Return transport costs: 32,00 € (VAT included)
- Manufacturer's fee for overhaul: 35,00 € (VAT included)
- Total: 67,00 € (VAT included)
Value of equipment over 1.000 € (VAT included)
- Return transport costs: 64,00 € (VAT included)

Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, incorrect use or normal wear and tear are excluded from the guarantee. Also excluded are products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any person not authorised by FV Componentes.
By regulation, and in the absence of proof to the contrary, the products shall be deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements set out below:
(a) correspond to the description given and possess the qualities of the product presented to the consumer; (b) are fit for the purposes for which similar products are normally intended; (c) are of a quality and performance which are normal in a product of the same type and which the consumer may reasonably expect, in view of the nature of the product; (d) have the quality and performance which the consumer may reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
Conflict Resolution
In the event of any dispute or claim arising from this contract, the customer may first contact FV Componentes via [email protected]. FV Componentes will respond to any claim as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of one month from its presentation.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/2025, of 15 January, on measures for the efficiency of the Public Justice Service, prior to the filing of any legal action, the parties must attempt to resolve the conflict through an Appropriate Means of Dispute Resolution (ADR), such as mediation, conciliation or direct negotiation.
For the resolution of consumer disputes in the EU (in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013), the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show&lng=ES.
