The Huawei SUN2000-5KTL inverter, Huawei's hybrid solution for three-phase installations, is designed to work connected to the electrical grid, with the option of adding a battery storage system. During daylight hours, when the solar panels are receiving solar radiation, the inverter uses the energy generated by the panels to power the home's consumption. The surplus, the energy not consumed, will be sent to the electrical grid. During night hours or on days with little or no solar radiation, the inverter will use energy from the grid to power the house.

The inverter can also work with Huawei's high voltage batteries, the Luna2000. Thanks to being able to store surplus production, we will increase the degree of self-consumption. All the energy generated during the day and not consumed will be stored in the batteries, and will only be fed into the grid when they are full. In this way, savings in the bill are increased and independence from the electrical grid is gained.
