Victron VE.Direct to USB interface cable

The Victron VE.Direct to USB interface cable connects products with VE.Direct connection to devices with a USB port, such as a computer.

The equipment that can be connected to this VE.Direct to USB interface are:

- Blue Solar MPPT controllers

- Phoenix VE.Direct inverters

- Battery monitor BMV700

- Blue Solar MPPT regulators.

Depending on the equipment to be connected, the operating parameters that can be observed will be different.

The Blue Solar MPPT regulators can be used to control the battery charging voltages and monitor the current generated by the panels. In the Phoenix VE.Direct inverters, the low battery cut-off voltage and the alarm signal can be monitored in particular.

How do I connect Victron equipment through the VE.Direct to USB interface?

There are two ways to establish a connection to Victron equipment, using the VE.Direct to USB or by using the VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle. The VE.Direct to USB allows you to connect Victron equipment to Windows PC and MAC computers. In addition, the VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart Dongle allows you to connect Victron equipment to Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, macbooks and others.
