Details of the BMS NG Victron VE.Bus for NG lithium batteries - BMS300200300

BMS NG Victron VE.Bus for NG lithium batteries - BMS300200300

Victron Energy's NG VE.Bus BMS is an advanced battery management system designed specifically for Victron Smart LiFePO₄ new generation (NG) lithium batteries.
Its main function is to protect, control and optimise the use of these batteries in all types of applications, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the energy system.
This BMS is fully compatible with Victron MultiPlus and Quattro inverter/chargers, thanks to its integrated VE.Bus interface, making it a complete solution for 12 V, 24 V and 48 V systems, with expansion capacity up to 50 batteries in 12/24 V or 25 in 48 V (max. 384 kWh in a 24 V bank).

Main features of the Victron VE.Bus BMS NG for NG lithium batteries

Connectivity and monitoring

  • Bluetooth Smart integrated: wireless connection with VictronConnect for wireless configuration, settings, diagnostics and firmware upgrades. Includes "Instant Readout" (warnings, charging status, temperature and alarms).
  • GX compatibility: powering devices Cerbo GXmanages DVCC, and allows for remote monitoring via VRM
  • LED indicators: blue light for Bluetooth status, red light for alarm errors and warnings, and a VE.Bus status light.

Intelligent control outputs

  • Load disconnect output: It can manage the remote on/off signal of devices such as BatteryProtect, inverters, DC-DC converters or other loads that support remote control. Thanks to its output current of up to 1 A, it can also control high current relays or contactors.
It is important to consider that, depending on the connected device, an inverter or non-inverter type on/off cable may be required.
  • Charger disconnect output: Allows you to remotely activate or deactivate compatible chargers such as the IP43 Smart Charger, Cyrix-Li-Charge relays, Cyrix-Li-ct battery combiners or BatteryProtect devices.
Note that this output (CHARGER) is not designed to supply inductive loads, such as relay coils.
  • Pre-alarm output: Activates a visual or audible signal when the battery voltage is below the threshold, activating 30 seconds before the load disconnect output deactivates.
  • Terminate Remote On/Off: Facilitates remote control of both the load disconnect outputs and the charging system. When this terminal is in the off state, both outputs are free-floating, resulting in the deactivation of connected loads and chargers.

Cell-to-cell protection

Accurate monitoring of voltage, temperature and status of each cell.

Full protection

Activating alarms or load/unload cut-offs according to critical conditions.

Interface with VE.Bus

Communicates with VE.Bus inverters via RJ45, allowing to deactivate inverter/charging in situations of low voltage, overvoltage or high temperature.

Simple expansion

The Victron VE.Bus NG BMS for NG lithium batteries is compatible with multiple batteries in series/parallel and additional BMS units for added redundancy.

Delivery deadlines

At FVComponentes.com we have stock of the references with the highest turnover, however our catalogue is so wide and economical because we work with many of the references on request. This means that the usual delivery time of 2-4 working days can be extended to 1-2 weeks + subsequent shipment by us. Thanks to this, we can offer very competitive and attractive prices to our customers that are difficult to match. If you wish, you can write to us via the chat on the website, call us at 968 97 83 01 or write to us at comercial@fvcomponentes.com to check if we have stock or the delivery time of the component you wish to purchase before finalising your order.
