Features of the SMA Sunny Tripower 6.0 3-Phase Inverter

• When registering the system in Sunny Portal, the installer activates automatic inverter monitoring.
• SMA continuously and automatically monitors the SMA Sunny Tripower 6.0 three-phase inverter to identify possible malfunctions. In this way, customers can benefit from SMA's extensive technical expertise.
• After diagnosing and analysing a fault, SMA immediately notifies the installer and end customer via email. This ensures that all parties are prepared to resolve the problem quickly, which reduces downtime and thus saves both time and money. In addition, regular performance reports provide valuable information on the overall status of the system.
• If a replacement device is required, SMA will automatically send a new inverter within 1 to 3 days after detecting the fault. The installer can proactively contact the plant operator to proceed with the replacement of the SMA Sunny Tripower 6.0 Three-Phase.
• The plant operator is entitled to claim compensation from SMA if the replacement inverter is not delivered within 3 days.
