• Liquid crystal display: Allows monitoring and configuration of the equipment.
• Charging output: To prevent the battery from over-discharging, connect all loads to the charging output. This output disconnects the load when the battery has discharged to a preset voltage. Some loads (especially inverters) are best connected directly to the battery, and the inverter remote control to the load output. The connection and disconnection voltages are adjustable.
• Day/night programming of the load output: This option allows you to pre-set the ON-time after twilight.
• Programmable battery charging algorithm: Pre-programmed algorithms for AGM, GEL, flooded or LiFePO4 batteries (only those with internal BMS).
• Two 5-volt USB outputs: Maximum current (both outputs together): 2A

Installation of the BlueSolar Victron PWM-LCD and USB 12/24V-10A Controller

First of all, the batteries must be connected so that the controller recognises the system voltage. Use 12V solar panels (36 cells) for 12V systems and 24V solar panels (72 cells) for 24V systems.

Steps to be taken:

1. Connect the battery - positive and negative.
2. Connect the solar panels - positive and negative.
3. Connect the consuming load - positive and negative.

When uninstalling, the same steps must be followed in reverse order. If this is done in a different order, the BlueSolar PWM charge controller may be damaged.

It should be borne in mind:

• The battery must be charged in order for the BlueSolar PWM charge controller to recognise the battery type.
• The battery cable should be as short as possible to reduce losses.
• This regulator is only suitable for lead-acid and LiFePO4 batteries.
• The BlueSolar PWM charge controller is only suitable for regulating solar panels. No other load source can be connected.

Monitoring and configuration

• Start-up display: When the battery is connected, the display shows the solar charger model and system voltage recognised by the solar charger.
  • Code 110 is for BlueSolar PWM charge controller - LCD - USB 12V|10A
  • Code 210 is for BlueSolar PWM charge controller - LCD - USB 24V|10A
• Main display: battery voltage, battery charge status, and amount of charge and discharge.
  • Press the MENU button for several seconds until the display flashes and you access different screens to make modifications:
    • Battery type.
    • Low voltage disconnection.
      • Factory setting is 11.2V
    • Low voltage reconnection
      • The factory setting is 12.6V battery.
    • Charge current display: PV current to battery and battery charge status.
    • Adjustment of the output of load consumers.
      • Factory setting is 24h (charging output always on).
    • Adjustment of the output of load consumers.
    • Activation level.
    • Delayed activation.
    • Adjustment of the short-circuit protection.
    • Discharge current display.
    • USB voltage display.
    • Internal temperature of the controller.
