The Pytes V16 is a high-performance, outdoor-rated LiFePO₄ lithium-ion energy storage battery equipped with high quality Tier 1 automotive grade cells, IP66 certification and integrated fire suppression system.
With a capacity of 16 kWh and 314 Ah, this battery can be installed on the wall or on the ground and offers reliable backup power and scalable energy storage.
Up to 16 units can be connected in parallel (up to about 256 kWh), and includes a pair of battery-to-inverter cables (positive and negative 2 metres).
The Pytes V16 guarantees a long service life, increased safety and stable performance.

Design
The Pytes V16 features a compact and robust design for consistent performance even with deep charge and discharge cycles.
This battery is designed to withstand daily solar cycles, high back-up loads and extreme weather conditions.
It features an outdoor-capable cabinet, integrated heater for cold-weather charging (even down to -20°C) and advanced safety systems, while offering seamless closed-loop integration with numerous conventional inverters.
In addition, its LiFePO₄ (LFP) chemistry offers high thermal stability, high safety and long service life.
Integrated Security
The Pytes V16 has multiple safety features, such as over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short-circuit protections, an emergency shutdown to disconnect the battery in case of failure, and a fire safety mechanism (internal aerosol fire extinguishing system and a safety vent).
This battery includes an advanced battery management system (BMS) that provides added protection by balancing cells, limiting charge and discharge current, and recording battery information in a system log.
In addition, the V16 battery has IP66 protection and C4-M corrosion resistance, making it resistant to dust and water (even powerful jets of water), allowing both indoor and outdoor installations without compromising durability.
Connectivity
The Pytes V16 communicates with inverters and controllers via multiple interfaces, such as CAN, RS485, RS232, Dry Contact and Wi-Fi, for remote monitoring and control.
Installation and Scalability
The V16 coil can be wall or floor mounted, simplifying installation while maintaining durability and efficiency.
In addition, the Pytes V16 has the possibility to connect up to 16 units in parallel, for a maximum storage capacity of 256 kWh in total, without the need for additional hardware.
Duration and guarantee
This battery has a life cycle of more than 8,000 cycles at 90 % depth of discharge (DOD), which means more than a decade of continuous use under normal conditions.
In addition, it comes with a 10-year warranty with manufacturer's support.
