The Huawei SUN2000-6KTL inverter, Huawei's hybrid solution for three-phase installations, is designed to work connected to the electricity grid, with the option of adding a battery storage system. During daylight hours, when the solar panels are receiving solar radiation, the inverter uses the energy generated by the panels to power the home's consumption. The surplus, the energy not consumed, will be sent to the electricity grid. During night hours or on days with little or no solar radiation, the inverter will use energy from the grid to power the house.

The inverter can also be operated with Huawei's high-voltage Luna2000 batteries. By being able to store surplus production, we will increase the degree of self-consumption. All the energy generated during the day and not consumed will be stored in the batteries and will only be fed into the grid when the batteries are full. In this way, the savings on the bill are increased and independence from the electricity grid is gained.
