NOTE: The following is required in order to be able to contract assistance;
Internet connection at the installation site via internet router with network cable to the CERBO or to the GX inverter, if you do not have one, we suggest buying a 4G router to insert a telephone SIM card. Shared mobile phone connection is not valid.
A MK3 cable for connection to the inverter.

Problems setting up your VICTRON system?
Now you can hire the assistance of our team specialised in programming and configuring Victron Energy equipment.
If you have a MK3 cable (link) we can make a remote connection to a laptop that you have connected to the cable and the inverter. To do this, you need to download the remote assistance program Supreme Remote (link) and make it easier for us to ID and PASSWORD that will appear when you start the program. This way we can connect to your laptop and configure the Victron inverter as if we were there with you.
