The Pytes V-Bracket is a modular mounting and support system designed specifically for the V5 and V5α plus series batteries, used primarily in energy storage installations.
These brackets consist of four individual parts (brackets) and the screws and accessories required for mounting, which allow one or more Pytes V5 or V5α plus battery modules to be held and stacked vertically.
Each set is designed for one battery, acting as a “staggered” support that improves mechanical stability and facilitates the thermal management of the assembly.
Features of the V-Bracket Pytes
Design
V-Brackets are made of galvanised steel (SGCC) for mechanical strength, durability and corrosion protection in indoor environments.
In addition, these brackets are generally coated with a protective coating for increased corrosion performance.
Thermal optimisation
In V-Brackets the batteries are physically separated, which improves air circulation around each battery module.
This helps reduce hot spots and promotes better overall battery performance, extending battery life and enhancing the safety of battery modules.
