Eis o que diz o manual do fabricante, organizado tal como se faz na obra.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Para onde vai o banco<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A SIMPO 5000 \u00e9 <strong>IP20<\/strong>: deve ser colocado no interior, sempre. Requisitos do local:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Solo <strong>nivelado<\/strong>, sem inclina\u00e7\u00e3o nem irregularidades.<\/li><li>Ambiente limpo, com pouca poeira.<\/li><li>Sem sol direto, chuva nem neve.<\/li><li>Bem ventilado (a refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 natural, n\u00e3o tem ventiladores).<\/li><li>Mantenha afastado das crian\u00e7as e dos animais.<\/li><li>Se houver <strong>ar salino<\/strong> \u2014costa, n\u00e1utica\u2014, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio filtrar o ar para evitar que se depositem sais na bateria.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuidado com o peso: cada m\u00f3dulo pesa <strong>44 kg<\/strong>. Um arm\u00e1rio de 10 com todos os m\u00f3dulos pesa mais de 450 kg. Verifique a resist\u00eancia do piso antes de decidir onde o colocar.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Arm\u00e1rio ou torre<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os m\u00f3dulos foram concebidos para um <strong>rack de 19\u2033 com 600 mm de profundidade<\/strong>. A ZYC disponibiliza dois arm\u00e1rios pr\u00e9-cabeados de f\u00e1brica: o <a href=\"https:\/\/fvcomponentes.com\/pt\/produto\/armario-zyc-simpo-com-6-pilhas\/\">SIMPO Arm\u00e1rio 6<\/a> (at\u00e9 6 m\u00f3dulos, 30,7 kWh) e o <a href=\"https:\/\/fvcomponentes.com\/pt\/produto\/armario-zyc-simpo-com-10-baterias\/\">SIMPO Arm\u00e1rio 10<\/a> (at\u00e9 10, 51,2 kWh). Se um m\u00f3dulo tiver um cabo mais comprido do que outro, a sua imped\u00e2ncia \u00e9 maior, fornece menos corrente e o conjunto fica desequilibrado.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Colocar as pilhas<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e3o instalados <strong>de baixo para cima<\/strong>, deslizando-as pelas guias de cada n\u00edvel. Duas pessoas por m\u00f3dulo: 44 kg n\u00e3o se manuseiam sozinhos, e muito menos \u00e0 altura do peito. Equipamento m\u00ednimo: cal\u00e7ado de seguran\u00e7a, luvas isolantes, \u00f3culos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, chave dinamom\u00e9trica, mult\u00edmetro e um extintor \u00e0 m\u00e3o antes de come\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. V\u00e1rios arm\u00e1rios em paralelo<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando um arm\u00e1rio n\u00e3o chega:<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O cabo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o sai da porta <strong>OUT<\/strong> da \u00faltima bateria (a de baixo) do primeiro arm\u00e1rio e entra pela porta <strong>IN<\/strong> da parte inferior da segunda, passando pelo orif\u00edcio previsto para o efeito.<\/li><li>Entre o segundo e o terceiro arm\u00e1rio, a liga\u00e7\u00e3o vai <strong>por cima<\/strong>, e n\u00e3o por baixo.<\/li><li>O <strong>resist\u00eancia de acabamento<\/strong> \u00e9 ligado \u00e0 porta OUT do \u00faltimo m\u00f3dulo do conjunto.<\/li><li>Os cabos de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os arm\u00e1rios v\u00e3o para um <strong>caixa de combina\u00e7\u00e3o DC<\/strong> e da\u00ed para o inversor, com comprimentos aproximadamente iguais.<\/li><li>Primeiro, o cabo de terra; Posi\u00e7\u00e3o inicial<\/h2>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verifica toda a cablagem e se as liga\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o bem apertadas.<\/li><li>Ligue o interruptor de corrente cont\u00ednua entre a bateria e o inversor, se houver.<\/li><li>Aumenta a intensidade de todos os disjuntores dos m\u00f3dulos.<\/li><li>Verifique se a resist\u00eancia de termina\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 instalada.<\/li><li>Prima o bot\u00e3o ON\/OFF do <strong>bateria principal<\/strong> durante 1 segundo.<\/li><li>Ligue o inversor.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para desligar, faz-se ao contr\u00e1rio: primeiro o inversor, depois o interruptor CC e, por fim, manter premido o bot\u00e3o ON\/OFF da unidade principal <strong>3 segundos<\/strong> e verificar se os LEDs se apagam.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Importante:<\/strong> Se o sistema parar ou ficar sem fonte de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio <strong>desligar o interruptor<\/strong> das baterias. Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e armazenamento<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A SIMPO 5000 n\u00e3o necessita de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o frequente. Basta uma revis\u00e3o anual:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verificar os LEDs de estado.<\/li><li>Verifique se as liga\u00e7\u00f5es e os cabos continuam bem apertados e sem danos.<\/li><li>Verifique se n\u00e3o h\u00e1 obstru\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 volta do arm\u00e1rio.<\/li><li>Verifique se n\u00e3o h\u00e1 animais ou insetos a aninhar-se no interior ou nas proximidades.<\/li><li>Retirar os objetos acumulados no arm\u00e1rio.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Se o banco ficar parado durante seis meses ou mais<\/strong>, \u00e9 preciso controlar a press\u00e3o arterial: acima de <strong>51,6 V<\/strong> Est\u00e1 bem e basta verific\u00e1-la a cada 3 meses; se o n\u00edvel estiver abaixo disso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio recarreg\u00e1-la, caso contr\u00e1rio os danos podem ser irrevers\u00edveis. A recarga recomendada \u00e9 a 55 V CC e 10 A constantes durante cerca de 30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Temperaturas de funcionamento<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carregamento de <strong>-10 \u00b0C a +55 \u00b0C<\/strong> e descarregar de <strong>-20 \u00b0C a +55 \u00b0C<\/strong>.
