Este guia aborda ambas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es, com os valores oficiais do fabricante.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Op\u00e7\u00e3o A \u2014 com comunica\u00e7\u00e3o CAN (recomendada)<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com o CAN, o BMS da bateria assume o controlo: indica ao Victron a corrente que pode aceitar, a tens\u00e3o a que deve carregar e quando deve parar. \u00c9 esta configura\u00e7\u00e3o que evita surpresas e permite ver o estado real de carga no GX e no VRM.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O cabo<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ZYC recomenda o cabo <strong>VE.Can para CAN-bus BMS tipo A<\/strong> da Victron. liga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ligue o cabo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre o <strong>bateria principal<\/strong> e a porta VE.Can do dispositivo GX ou do inversor.<\/li><li>Verifique se a <strong>resist\u00eancia de acabamento<\/strong> est\u00e1 ligada \u00e0 porta OUT do \u00faltimo m\u00f3dulo. O terminador deve estar sempre ligado \u00e0 sa\u00edda (OUT) do \u00faltimo m\u00f3dulo.<\/text><text x=\"20\" y=\"192\" font-family=\"system-ui,Arial\" font-size=\"12.5\" fill=\"#5b646c\">Cabo blindado Cat5 ou superior, com um comprimento m\u00e1ximo de 5 m.<\/text>\n<\/svg><\/figure>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Op\u00e7\u00e3o B \u2014 sem comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se, por qualquer motivo, n\u00e3o pretender ligar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o por cabo (um Victron antigo, um MPPT avulso, um carregador independente), o SIMPO 5000 funciona na mesma, mas <strong>tens de ajustar as tens\u00f5es<\/strong>. Estes s\u00e3o os valores oficiais da ZYC para o carregador Victron:<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Par\u00e2metro<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Valor<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tens\u00e3o de absor\u00e7\u00e3o<\/td><td>54,4 V<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tens\u00e3o de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o<\/td><td>54,0 V<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tens\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de carga<\/td><td>55,5 V<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com estes valores, o carregador respeita a janela de funcionamento do BMS. Se definir tens\u00f5es mais elevadas, o BMS desligar-se-\u00e1 devido a sobretens\u00e3o nas c\u00e9lulas (prote\u00e7\u00e3o a 3,75 V por c\u00e9lula) e o sistema ser\u00e1 desligado.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como ativar o modo sem comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A bateria arranca <strong>sempre no modo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> por predefini\u00e7\u00e3o. Para o colocar no modo sem comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, com a bateria ligada, fa\u00e7a o seguinte: <strong>clique duas vezes no bot\u00e3o ON\/OFF<\/strong>: os indicadores do SOC piscar\u00e3o duas vezes, confirmando a altera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O BMS memoriza o modo, pelo que n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio repeti-lo em cada arranque. E assim que detetar que o cabo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o inversor est\u00e1 ligado, voltar\u00e1 automaticamente ao modo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. Neste modo, o LED RUN pisca lentamente (1,5 s aceso, 1,5 s apagado).<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quantas baterias \u00e9 que o teu Victron precisa?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de configurar qualquer coisa, certifica-te de que o banco de baterias tem m\u00f3dulos suficientes para a corrente que o inversor vai consumir. Um MultiPlus-II 48\/5000 numa instala\u00e7\u00e3o isolada necessita de <strong>m\u00ednimo de 2 m\u00f3dulos<\/strong>; um Quattro 48\/15000 trif\u00e1sico isolado, <strong>12<\/strong>. Podes consultar a tabela completa em <a href=\"https:\/\/fvcomponentes.com\/pt\/quantas-baterias-zyc-simpo-5000-para-o-inversor\/\">Quantas baterias ZYC SIMPO 5000 preciso, de acordo com o meu inversor?<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es de firmware<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com o <a href=\"https:\/\/fvcomponentes.com\/pt\/produto\/modulo-wi-fi-zyc-simpo\/\">m\u00f3dulo SIMPO WiFi<\/a> Pode verificar o estado do banco de energia remotamente atrav\u00e9s do ZYC Portal ou da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o ZYC Assist e atualizar o firmware. O dongle liga-se \u00e0 porta IN da bateria principal e liga-se ao router atrav\u00e9s de um cabo de rede ou por Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se estiver a utilizar um GX da Victron, o firmware da bateria tamb\u00e9m pode ser atualizado <strong>da VRM<\/strong>: basta descarregar o ficheiro do portal da ZYC, carreg\u00e1-lo a partir da ficha do dispositivo \u201cZYC battery\u201d na lista de dispositivos e o sistema trata do resto.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o remota do firmware a partir do VRM<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 a funcionalidade que mais nos chamou a aten\u00e7\u00e3o e da qual menos se fala. O firmware do SIMPO 5000 <strong>pode ser atualizado remotamente a partir do portal VRM da Victron<\/strong>: descarregue o ficheiro a partir do Portal ZYC, aceda \u00e0 lista de dispositivos do sistema, procure por \u201cZYC battery\u201d, carregue o ficheiro e o sistema trata do resto.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para quem faz a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de instala\u00e7\u00f5es de terceiros, isto altera a economia do servi\u00e7o p\u00f3s-venda: uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de firmware deixa de implicar uma desloca\u00e7\u00e3o. E, em instala\u00e7\u00f5es isoladas nas montanhas, essa desloca\u00e7\u00e3o equivale a meio dia de trabalho e um dep\u00f3sito de gas\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sem hub de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para a porta paralela<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os m\u00f3dulos distribuem automaticamente os pap\u00e9is de mestre e escravo.
