The MultiPlus takes over the supply to the connected loads in the event of a blackout or mains\/generator disconnection. This happens so quickly (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment continue to operate without interruption.<br \/>\nThe second output is only active when one of the MultiPlus inputs has AC power. Therefore, it will use a lot of current from the generator or pontoon mains (almost 10 A per 5kVA Multi at 230 VAC).
