Auch im entladenen Zustand bleiben die Batterien isoliert, so dass z. B. die Verwendung der Servicebatterie die Starterbatterie nicht entladen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die Diodenbr\u00fccken von ARGO haben dank der Verwendung von Schottky-Dioden einen geringen Spannungsabfall: bei niedrigem Strom betr\u00e4gt der Verlust etwa 0,3 V und bei voller Leistung 0,45 V. Alle Modelle sind mit einer Kompensationsdiode ausgestattet, mit der die Ausgangsspannung des Generators leicht erh\u00f6ht werden kann, um den Spannungsverlust der Diodenbr\u00fccke auszugleichen. Nat\u00fcrlich liegt eine Gleichspannung vor, wenn die Lichtmaschine direkt an die Batterie angeschlossen ist.
